Why does he need a voiceover and a studio when he can get his programmers to use google text-to- speech APIs and google AI technologies, which will even give him wider varieties of options for customizations. A custom voice created can be reused for several books, with also many more languages available to translate to. Please what am I missing here with the idea of voiceover and studio?

Paul basically want to take soo much control that he might even end up buying the business. Bolaji's offer isn't even the best but the fact that he gives the guy much more time and is willing to reduce his stake in the company by that time makes it more impressive.
