Hey Boss solid setup ! Do you by chance know if the GB15 will fit in the stock location of a 2017 F150 A Pillar ? I have heard they do with light trimming l, but also heard that if you have the sunroof that the drain lines down the a pillar might get in the way. Can’t find a solid answer, I wonder if I need to order both the GB10 and GB15 just in case and sell/return whatever doesn’t fit. Any info is much appreciated !
I'm curious why the install guy did the cld differently on the two front doors. On the passenger side, he installed the CLD around the speaker opening, then installed the speaker and adapter. On the driver side, he installed the speaker and adapter to the door then put CLD over them. Seems odd!
I've never had an opportunity to hear Audiofrog in person. I tend to like the Morel sound (warmer) more than Focal, any opinions about how Audiofrog compares to Morel or Focal?
The audiofrogs are said to be neutral tho I myself don't really know what all that is about since I use an eq..but I do own the gb10s 25s and 60s in my front 3 way active and I like them and to me they do seem to not really have any sound I have to try to take out with the eq, but they do natural lack I guess what you would call a warm sound with a flat eq setting
I allso put a set of the gb 60s in the rear door cause I like mid bass and used a sound bar for a boat for the rear sound and just mounted it to the hangars my truck has above the rear window witch turned out to be an excellent rear fill combo, and is plenty out of the way as far as I am concerned for the passengers..
To be honest tho them boat sound bars are kinda impressive all there own I dont think I would miss the speakers in the rear doors other then that gb60 mid bass thump! But them boat speakers on that bar are nothing to laugh at they hold there own! Defenatlly like the 4 gb 60s tho
@coolme241 I actually bought this amplifier. According to the Audiotec Fischer website, the amplifier is 75 x 2 at 4 ohms, 120 x 2 at 2 ohms......but is NOT bridgeable at any impedance.
Can tou guys plz suggest some midbass driver having similar midbass like audiofrog GB60. I cant find them in india. So looking for some alternative here.
