@@stevendphotoAre the Thesis speakers worth the price? Is it that much better than speakers like the Morel reference line or Dynaudio Esotec car 3-way component speakers which are my favorite? There must be diminishing returns on the sound improvements being that there are other variables that affect the sound acoustics inside a car.
@@weduhpeople8504 Well speakers are certainly a personal choice (just like music is), the top-of-the-line Dyna's are typically just as good. Price-wise, the Morel Picollo's are a great deal and have a super warm sound, not sure if the Morel Mids and Woofers are as good as the Thesis equivalents, but they are certainly very good and a great choice if the Thesis/Dyna's are too high priced...!
Audison has two lines of amplifiers that already have integrated DSP, the “Forza” and “Prima” lines. I ask: is the DSP (the software) used in both lines the same or are they different DSPs? In other words, is the DSP that is available in the “Forza” line identical to the DSP that is in the “Prima” line? Or does each line's DSP have different features and capabilities?
I need to know what dsp amp to use in a 2024 BMW M340i with the Harmon Kardon system. I’ll be running a 10” IDQMAX Image Dynamics dual 4 ohm sub in a custom fiberglass enclosure.
Depends if each speaker is directly wired to the amps. That’s where installation is much more comprehensive having to wire each speaker. That’s where passive crossovers are more convenient but rob power to the speakers and digital signal crossovers are better at filtering with higher db per octave xovers.
