Today we take a look around Carlsberg Jacobsen House, 140 Bridge St, Northampton NN1 1PZ.
We find the staff shop and get told that filming is not allowed on site by security.
We look around for the sign which he mentions and also take a walk around the whole perimeter.
We then take the drone over and finish off back at the start with a different security staff who tells us that filming people on the Carlsberg site is against the law.

These are the sort of people that lie to assert authority which the do not possess. Not good the way you let him virtually push you away like that. He's now convinced he's 'dealt' with you. I can just imagine him going back in and saying "I just saw him off".

He is correct that he can ask you not to film him, but there’s nothing saying that you have to comply with his request though

Anyone remember the advert that claimed Carlsberg was "So good, the Danes hate to see it leave."? They must have really good eyesight to be able to see it leaving Northampton since 1973.

Good video, just wish you'd stood your ground as the Security guard walked forward with his hand up, glassy eyed and slightly wobbly on his feet. Still amazed how little SIA trained staff know about GDPR.😲
