I would greatly appreciate some feedback from those who actually know how to watercolor. :) I had a lot of fun, but I would also like to learn how to do it correctly so I can improve over time! Hope you're all having a great day!
Anna the Annateur makoccino gives out pretty useful tips if you want to learn more about watercoloring. There's this technique called 'dry on wet' I think it was called, it's hard to explain honestly but makoccino has a tutorial on it. You should check it out 🙂
Hey! I was wondering how was it? I mean, how was it on the pages? Did they get really wet? How did you prevented to getting really wet... what watercolors you used? I wanna know everything! I want to do this too in my bujo, but I'm afraid I'm gonna ruin it....
So one nice thing about the aquash water brush I used is you can control a bit easier how much water you put on the page, would I tried to let the watercolors go on "drier" if that makes sense. It was a bit easier to spread the color when it was wetter, however, so I just kept a paper towel nearby to soak up extra water as soon as I was done. That helped so the pages didn't get too soggy. I also tried to work in as few layers as possible. Overall, the paper held up really well! The pages are a bit crinkly, but I don't mind that at all. 😊
Surprisingly, I was actually able to find the link! 😂 Here you go. 😊 Koh-I-Noor Opaque Watercolor Paint Wheel, 24 Colors, 1 Each (FA171506.BC) www.amazon.com/dp/B0006OLQLC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_edHCBbXGKWM2T
