I was born in 54. I always had a feeling that we were far more than what we were told. I just knew. In addition, I always knew that our infrastructures needed to fall apart in order for us to live a more harmonious life. I just knew. However, I never took it a step further to think about how they would fall apart or what that would be like. Now I know to some degree.

i'm not sure i know what this means ..8/8? but it sounds right 😆 i'm feeling physically very bizarre, unwell, covid test negative, nothing showing up at doc.. totally out of sorts mentally emotionally.. i resist my meditation practice lately; not sure why.. i'll do my evening one now ... i at least can heart-focus during my rest 😌🙏💖

Thank you. Yes! It has been happening in one form or another my whole life and when I ignore it it flares up again. Ha. But it’s really escalated as of late to almost unbearable proportions but I feel more comfortable knowing that others are going through the same. It is all for the best. Lee, as a musician I thought you would appreciate an uplifting creative teaching interaction I had with an eight year old who burst into song during my art class who has composed her own songs. She then coached me into creating a song on my own. She sang my tune with me and showed me how to record on voice memo which I had never known I had on my phone. I could see how people collaborate and create original music together. I in turn played Stings’s song Every Little Thing which she was wowed by. This old soul said I am golden and will be much appreciated and that I was the best teacher she ever had. It was a summer art class that became so much more. She said we have unlocked the key to creativity!! A genuine awakening and her mother was so appreciative!!!❤️🙏😊

This is the time we've all prepared for! Even if you're new to the preparation, there's so many easy ways to start. Emotional Processing and environmental clarity are the best ways to create a clean heart, mind, body and household. There's always plenty of trash to take out emotionally, especially judgement. I appreciate the term 'jagged' from codependency. My 'jagged' awakening from an unhealthy codependent marriage occured fall 1986. Just prior to the harmonic convergence 1987. Found you through a friend - I love your stuff! I had sooo hoped August would finally put a stop to all this crazy, hyped up energy from July. Cleansing and purging? I'm totally ready. I've been looking for a new job (power-control BS going crazy at my current workplace) and it looks like my dream job, that I've wanted for 4 years, is finally going to happen! I’m feeling extremely restless-clearing closets, cleaning the car out- really ready to exit the matrix (workplace) as it just isn’t resonating like in previous years. I literally started my weight loss plan for myself a week ago. And lost seven pounds in a week! I guess I was feeling a purge was in order. Working on what no longer serves me and it has been working much easier than I expected. Of course with this came an anxiety-induced breakdown and admitting I was scared. Guess I am just releasing it all. Thank you, Lee! This update was much needed!

Message to pace myself received! I've returned to grant writing in social justice within the last few months. A wealth of opportunity has been flooding in hand over fist. Researching social issues and creating narrative, working with activists. My soul can feel heavy and weary at times. Hahaha my codependent relationship with my mother completely got uprooted, and now everything I've worked on in which created a solid base for myself, is just clicking into place. The power and control dynamic definitely came into play with my mother and I in the month of July, and it is only now that it is settling after making hefty boundaries. Regardless if it is settling, I'm moving out of home since I came back to recover from PTSD, and starting my new life. Because that experience with my mother really pushed me, and I didn't want that ruling my life anymore. #FREEDOM

I started purging stuff out of my house the last week of July and it felt awesome. I’m not finished yet, so August I will continue to do it. I have amazing dreams all the time since middle of July . I feel strange because I dream people from the past and I'm crying so much like I feel my heart is breaking into pieces in my dreams...in reality when i wake up i feel much more peaceful and energised. Also I feel strong urge to cleanse all my energy and home ,as I was so tired last months ! So it's totally true ,dear Haris ! So happy I see souls like you ,thank you. 😊🦢🦢🦢
