June 2020 Energy Update

I’ve been off Facebook, Twitter and insta for a couple of weeks now and it feels like a breath of fresh air. Feels good to just focus on offline connections and real life contact. There’s a lot going on so it’s good to sit with yourself and everything that’s changing within ✨

What really helps me to ground and balance is to lay back and watch the clouds or get lost in the infinite blue of the sky. Even just a few moments brings space and perspective :)

"The healing of heartlessness!" Sensitive people I know are feeling or experiencing directly the heart pain that's activated for those affected more by the virus and by systemic racism. May this healing come through, may we hold the truth of heartfulness and live by it. Love to all

I'm finding a lot of nurturing by grounding in actual earth. Working in the soil of the plant beds around my house, I'm feeling refreshed touching and smelling the earth.

Yes. We are transmuting the collective grief. Grieving identities that we once thought we were, dreams we once thought we desired, even images of the world that we no longer see as true. I honor you Lee and each of you who are so brave to be active in your own worlds. 🙌🏼

I've posted the same many times on Twitter. People lash out and often their comments make little sense because it's an emotional response not a logical one. Lots of bizarre name calling. It's a really toxic place right now. My lovely hubbie and daughter made me a shady veranda yesterday. Revamping a storage area into a beautiful quiet space. So thankful. It's my retreat from the insanity.

I’m one that’s going through a period being pulled to set boundaries. However, having lived the teaching that ‘words don’t teach’ repeatedly am at a place where I have no desire to explain anything to anyone, and instead feel to save that energy for myself and stay inwards. Especially since the pull from outside (other people) seems to be mostly coming from fear. As well, I seem to be going through adjustment period- seeing and not seeing at a fast pace. What gives me most comfort is alone time, meditation and maintaining/strengthening inner connection. Thank you so much for this msg does provide some comfort.

Thank you Lee! Yesterday I watched the news more than usual due to the protests across America and the World. I found it quite draining and it darkens my mood. So much energy in the ether, it makes me quite tired. I just feel grateful that despite the chaos around me, my own world is quiet. And yes, love the beard!

Back in 2014 I was wandering when the promised changes would kick in, I was sooo eager to begin my life mission here on Earth. And I remember my guides said that I should rather enjoy all the quiet moments when it's still time, because then things would get chaotic and I would be a beacon of light, as many many others, for the collective to see through the mess. Six years later here we are and boy oh boy! They were sooo right 😅

Part of the Great Awakening is remembering how powerful we are. Hour after hour, day after day, year after year, we have been programmed, desensitized, influenced with words, thoughts and images that are not our own. The governments, controllers, media, corporations know the power of words and visions. It is time for us to REMEMBER. That every word we share, every picture we paint, everytime we say something to make others feel something, we are casting energy which creates situations and reality. Whether you are religious or not, by now you know everything we percieve is created out of conciousness. Consciousness is energy vibrating into a certain form. When you are deliberately trying to get people outraged or riled up, you are holding anger and rage in the collective field of consciousness that creates the reality we all experience. When you point at something and say, ”LOOK! HORROR! EVIL! “ you are holding it here And making it stronger. We have forgotten our power. When we are ready, we can just as easily create compassion, love and unity. Its as simple as making a new choice to spread love, peace, compassion and envision the new world we are creating. What you resist persists. What you speak becomes. YOU are the power of the living word. If you arent sure what to create, close your eyes and breathe into your heart and ask. 💫💜🌍💜💫

Oh... I'm so glad to hear that we might be feeling very emotional... even before all these riots started in America. Just sadness that comes out of nowhere. Trying to step back from what's happening in the world to get grounded a bit better before I dive back into it. Thanks for the reminder.

It's so funny that you say that those of us who have been used to speaking up and out will be in quiet node during the month of June. I have been an activist and am used to being part of protests and demonstrations about one cause or another. Over these past few days, since the United States has been in upheaval over the deaths of George Floyd, I am in a place where I can't protest. I moved to a small town in Kentucky from Washington,DC nearly two years ago. While people care in the small town, the energy is not like it is in Washington. There's a part of me that's a bit frustrated because I can't be out there, but on the other hand, I am grateful that I'm not in that energy right now. I can participate via social media when I want to, but I can also unplug from it when it becomes too overwhelming. Thank you Lee, for your updates. They are really helping me to put things into perspective and to stay grounded in these unpredictable and unprecedented times.

I find myself finally accepting my angry self. I interpret that I have to accept that part of me and not shame or push it away. There is anger from hurt and confusion from long long ago , then it gets triggered from the outside. I am also very very aware that nobody deserves any outfall of this process. Staying to myself and trying to be kind to others when I have to interact. I will no longer ever reject angry feelings but I will work to move through.

Big 💖 Yes! re the loudness. Lots of cringing. Even written words can feel loud - screeches, shrill sirens in those angry written blasts. Nature feels and sounds so much different - a nurturing quiet filled with subtle calming harmonies.. Loved the part on grief. In denying death, we live our lives in a self-imposed cage. Grief as a plea from the heart, a call back to the heart. Sometimes , love sings the song of grief: We see and cherish what we truly value, all distractions cut away. Sometimes it’s the sorrow of longing - grief for the absence of that which we know “could be”, but has not yet been realized.

Not only many but most (!) people on the planet were not able to make time & space to work with their nervous systems and creating space to provide this privileged opportunity for them is the necessary yang labour people at any level of empathic awareness are still required to do (voting & rooting for political upgrades like e. g. human rights, social insurance, education as free as possible, global equity by fairly structured organic agriculture, saving nature sustainably and more beautiful things which by cutting the corporate rat race bit by bit can lead to fundamental livelihood safety for everyone). 25yrs of stuck "frozen" grief...for my father...iv battled to keep my path...that fire in my belly has never gone out...im sensetive im empathic and am learning to be sensetive and empathic with my own higher self..weve just lost a baby..and the grief has changed..almost a complete circle of learning..the tears have been flowing easier but stil not proper cry..my soul yearns for that after the rain clarity of having cried , really cried..im just trying to feel what I feel instrad of blocking it out self medicating. My dad has been helping me...doesn't want me in sorrow any longer...my partner has given me a new relationship with my father in spirit..messages of universal love.. we honour you Lee Harris thank you man
