The Potomac Beads Box seems to fit Von's anesthetics. As she stated her creativity may occasionally be challenged but the end-results are always amazing. The earrings are adorable, of course!
What about putting the small o bead and the cube bead either on a small jump ring or make them into a dangle to hang on each side of the charm? At least that way they would fit over the bend in the wire.
