Say so long to summer and hello to fall with two live online classes brought to you by The Pie Academy. We're making a trio of mini cherry pies at our August 20th class, including one hand pie, another with a fabulous crumb topping, and one with a sugar cookie top crust. You'll be in cherry heaven. On Sunday, August 27th we turn our attention to fall quick breads and make a savory scone with bacon and blue cheese; a steamed raisin-and-walnut bread, and apple crumb muffins with a surprise of sweet cream cheese inside.
