Don't remind me once I went to Kiambu kuchukua my daughter's birth certificate those women were so rude...so rude...I mean so rude!!!I didn't even pick it!!I went home 4yrs down the line never gone back there....nkt!!!
Hahaha! We can do better as a country for sure. Those holding public offices with poor work ethics and no integrity should be sent home asap. Our tax shillings pay their salaries only for them to treat us like garbage.
@@gracewamuhu5742 Next time ukienda wakufanyie hivyo toa ukali na uwaitishe mkubwa wao.We just let them treat us the way they want coz we just keep quiet whenever they treat us inhuman, that mentality has to end and it's only us to end it.
I think if anyone that has experienced something different they should share, Public officials are so rude i don't understand kama iko kwa training yao. You even tense up when its your turn
Kwanza wanawake... Chisas... 99% ni machozi tu ata in retirement... Now I have a landlady who worked formally at immigration anakuwanga amemeza ndimu kila siku. Btw aunty nakumbuka tukipatana kwa stairs of where I stay, thank God you didn't consider this place. Machos tu
I do have and my advice is for people to talk and not keep quiet whenever these attendants harass you.If possible before visiting Nyayo house get phone number for Matiangi incase they start getting rude.Ask for their bosses and stand firm and not to be tishatishwad. I did that one time and I can tell you it worked magic,in few seconds my documents were signed, got my photos taken, signatures and everything went smoothly. My advice to anyone speak out and stand firm no matter what. It's our right to be served in a respectful manner in any government office.
This is so funny coz this is exactly how those government employees act!!! But it’s also soo very sad that university graduates are working in farms for lack of jobs while ndongomothis who act like this have high paying jobs.
Brings memories of when I was 18 and innocent trying to obtain my Kenyan ID. The passport was someone else who experienced this trauma on my behalf. Recently was so-called Huduma number then nothing happened. God bless citizens of Kenya and award them the courage to speak up or patience not to slap incompetent government officials
It's us wenye kuwazoesha hiyo tabia. If you ask for their supervisors they will respect you. I remember I once encountered what you are saying but walijua hawajui,I had to "payuka" until they served me.
For me it took almost months and they lost my birthday certificate even up to today I don't have my original birth certificate they tossed me up and down until I got tired even calling nyayo house they don't pick up the phone and if they do they transfer your call here and there
@@issabellnjambi8136 Jipeleke next time na uwatolee ukali bila kutishatishwa and if they happen to be rude, look for their bosses and my advice before you attend that office again have the internal cabinet secretary phone number.Try that and you will thank me later
Reminds me when I was applying helb loan. Nikapeleka kwa chief and he asked me whether I think chiefs are not learned. My mood changed until today I hate public offices
Thank you Jemaimah for this, For sure this is what we go through in public offices, I remember spending a whole day at Huduma GPO collecting a birth certificate which was never produced until we confronted a certain lady at the offices and demanded we were not leaving without the copies. Surprisingly more than 30 copies were printed in 5 minutes while they had made us waste a whole day there claiming their printer was not working, sijui a copy is taking 45 minutes to be printed ... So damn slow services.
1. Waaaah it took me back nikiendea good conduct (thanks God zilipelekwa kwa CID).....those cops really mishandled me.....then ukicomplain wanakushow uende inabidi tu ucoperate😣... 2. Hosi za gava walai ata matusi na uoga zinaweza fanya upone 😭.... 3. Then niulize....kwani wote ni 'loudspeakers' koz wanaweza shout utoke ukiwa na aibu.... Long live 'Roisi wa dethii'😂😂😂😂 and thank you for bringing the character
Atleast I had an Amazing encounter when I went to get a birth certificate for my son at Upperhill(Community). I was treated professionally by a gentleman named Mr. Kagiri. I thank God. But on the other hand, when I was applying for my ID in Thika. This was a nightmare. I went to that office for a whole week n someone had just been coming and leaving their coat on the seat a sign to suggest they are around. The second week was worse. We had to carry seats from the DCs office to the chiefs office next to Thika Stadium. After all this I got no assistance n decided to go the next day. It was my lucky day coz at least there was someone assisting people. But come my turn, they asked why I had to go to Kisumu for my Secondary education and why is my dads name not starting with an O coz am luo. Finally they said that my dad is not Kenyan n that they wouldn't want to spoil their job. Had to travel upcountry to get it. This was my nightmare.
Mimi nakumbuka my HOD was the best lakini the secretary wooi💔🥴she was always having some yoghurt Aki ukiendea exam card you just feel like aah should I just do away with this exam ,kwanza hapo pa talk when you talked to ,ATT gunia mzima
I once went to collect an I.D. replacement in Makadara chief's post, I came out of that office so annoyed. The other place I experience this is at public universities offices, the secretaries in those offices are worse than this. However I have also experienced some very professional and quick service in other government offices as well.
Hio poster ya "This is a corruption zone". 😂😂😂😂 💯💯💯 So true. Corruption na rudeness ndizo ziuwanga zimeshikilia huko. That and kutaka kubembelezwa kufanya kazi zao. Such an embarrassment to society, it's a shame. 57 years later and counting. Smh...
Haki this reminds me of the year 2015 when I lost my sister in Kenyatta Hospital, i went there to clear the the hospital bill in preparation for the funeral, the cashier was very rude and mean to me, all I wanted was to pay for the bill but i did not like the way she was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and big mouth not forgetting how i went in circles from office to office. Public service in Kenya really need to change.
Haiya!Nginya wee Sarah?Ubaya wetu ni kuwaogopa hawa "washenzi" na kuwanyamazia ata wakitufanyia madharau.Standing firm, strong and no bribing should be our culture and when we do that, these "washenzi" attitude will change.
Antie u did perfectly ... I have ever experienced that too... Mnataja my places of living. King'eero.... Next time please ikuwe ya ukipeleka mtoi shule aadmitiwe in a public school.
Ati ambiriirie gukua agithiee akuuuuite agithira 😢🤣🤣🤣seriously. This things are almost in every government sector. This are people who get high salaries but don't help people in expected manner. You deserve an award.
this is a perfect replica of what happens in government offices. be it getting a national ID, Travelling passport, Patents and social assistance like police help. daammnn ni kama hao watu hulipwa kufanya hivi..and my question is wakiamka wao huambia watoto wao, wake zao na wanaume wao wanaenda kazi. kazi gani??which job?? oppressing kenyans in their offices....to all those who do this they should feel ashamed of themselves...nanzzzzennzzzzzz
Waaaaa its so annoying waaaaa 😪😪me ushangaa wakiomba wanaomba nini mimi nliapply passport lastwk appoinment ikasema niende eldy kuenda nlifanyishwa PE ya bure from Nairobi 😒nikarudi na foms zangu saa sjui nitasaidika aje

Very true huduma center, CID headquarters. Kwanza nyayo house very corrupt ppl you have to know someone nd give" kachai" if you want ur passport within those given 10days
Ata kwa some public hospitals.Daktari anaitana na koz unaenda polepole koz unaumwa anauliza if unafikiria ni wewe peke yako unatibiwa ama ni wewe wa kwanza kuumwa😏😏😏kenya wengi wetu ni tenants kuna landlords.
Nimecheka yangu yote.... Hillary....Hira, ya leo n Kali waah...btw mm pia nmewahi fanyiwa hivyo place flani nililia yangu yote...alafu nkilia ndio wanafurahia....Mungu atuonee huruma kwanza kwa hizi government offices... thanks Jemaima and wa Nancy....
Reminds me of a time when the only bank a hustler would afford was one that started with Kenya. There used to be a lady in their city center branch who would look like this (had those windows 95 specs) and behaved like this.
I had go to apply my lost ID and it was like I was swimming in the ocean with sharks. Kwanza akichukua my finger prints was like I had killed someone. Hawa watu hawanaga huruma na wanainchi na tax tunalipa too.this was in wetlands opposite medanta
@@franskhui5550 Noo,this trend has to end and it's us wenye kuhudhuria hizo maoffice tutachange. When you visit any public office and they treat you inhuman, just ask for their bosses/supervisors and say that you are not leaving that office until they come.
@@kenngigi2470 wui, they all work together. Went to get replacement ID and little did I know they wanted kitu kidogo. After 2 hrs I left nikaenda shags where they willing issued me one cause at least wananijua
