@@kingshayxo9170 1.Research your surrounding areas and try to be different but productive. 2. Find employees who are loyal to the businesss and full of energy. 3. Don't be scared to try new ideas. 4. Set standards for your clientele and don't allow anyone to disrespect your business. 5. Your bar/restaurant/club isn't a funhouse for family and friends. It's a business first. Customers will have no respect for you once that's forgotten. Hopefully this helps. Good luck!!
