I'm 54...lived an " ordinary " life . Had the pleasure of finding love for the first time, Had the heartache of losing that love. Had triumphs and failure. Had dreams realized and nightmares come true. Had the time to reflect on the past, yet have time to daydream of the future. Seen firsthand the compassion of strangers, and seen the coldness of those close to me. For every question I have answered as to the meaning of life, I realize the answer is just another step on a journey that is in one way mine alone, but yet it's a journey every human who was ever born took. From the first step to the last, we as humans are all different, yet the same. Are alone yet surrounded by others. At our core we are the same. Same hopes, same dreams. Same fears. To have a young child to see clearly what it took me a lifetime to , to hear her put into words the emotions of our humanity...the good, bad and ugly of our existence is .....appreciated. Her vocal ability is impressive as hell. Her song writing ability is off the charts. But her poetry....her ability to put into words what she feels, what she questions, is in my opinion her greatest gift. She is wise beyond her years.

Hands down this is one of her best compositions. It personally rescued my spirit during dark times and would like to think it has helped everyone who has heard this song to count their blessings and consider just how lucky we all really are!! Loved seeing this early version!!

Edit: So strange to see this video again. She was so young and innocent. Pimples and all. And compare that to the absolute powerhouse she is now. I get tears in my eyes.

Another change in your style. New background, new hair and a slightly anderless look. You grow with your channel. It is also great that your partner supports you and is with you on your way forward. I think you can clearly hear that Aurora's voice has changed as she has gotten older. It got deeper but is stubbornly phenomenal and full of emotions. Here she is very young, but I agree with you that Vevo lets the singer shine.

Very cool to see you react to this one! I don't think I've seen anyone else react to it. It's quite different from the Nidarosdomen version that is what is usually reacted to. I also love this song. Of course I listened to Vivo version. but Nidarosdomen performance for this song draw me so much that I almost listen only to that version. That is why it is very nice to remind this also very beautiful version of the song :). Thx for a reaction. Now I am going to Warrior one:). Ps. Aurora dog with a Moth (or even Butterfly) ;)... That was a really nice version, and I've somehow never seen it before! Cool 😊. Used to old stripped versions of her songs with acoustic guitar (and sometimes a cajon), but this was really nice. I always enjoyed Odd Martin and/or Magnus on harmonies.

hehe, no. not crazy. it's a really good song. i still have no real aurora fav song, but this is one of the candidates along with so many others. i totally forgot this version of 'lucky' and have to say: good choice. remember black water lilies? there is a stripped down version. i can't get enough of aurora tuesdays.

Regarding your EDM friend;, dont underestimate the effect Aurora has on people regardless of their taste in music. I've seen a lot of people say that they are not really into that kind of music but she still hits some kind of nerve within them.
