December is good time to visit. Matri mandir afcourse make sure to do advance booking. Make sure to stay inside the Auroville to experience it properly. Sarendipty, Center guest house etc. daily it will around 1500rs including food and stay.
Hi. I had a few doubts as I read some articles. Where can we get details for guest houses and more 🎉😂? Do you need to pay a contribution to live in Auroville if you’re a guest staying there dor sometime ? If you choose to volunteer.do you need to pay a fee? Thanks in advice. Really nice video!
This is an utopian world where no one does anything productive that is needed for survival. Where does food come from? Where does clothes and clean water come from?

It is possible you can live permanently there, it is a beautiful and very peaceful place🙏🏻 If you go with freebie mindset than it will hard for you. But if you are capable of adding some value to the place like volunteering, or money. Than you will fun 🙏🏻
guest house book karo aur bas aa jao train pakad ke come to chennai mgr central railway, wahan se cmbt bus stand, take bus to pondicherry, take bus to auroville. Bhenchod apna desh hai kahin bhi aa sakte hain hum
lol obviously charges applied but you can get a very good room with kitchen and amazing garden for 12k per month in bommayapalayam, kottakarai, periyamudilarchavadi, edanchavadi etc. These are all villages within 2-4km range of auroville and all are lush green as it rains a lot here

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Its mire of Aura. Poor mentainance. Products sold are poor quality, and overpriced. The incense sticks had no fragrance and had fungus grown on them . Would not visit or recommend it to any one.
