Cisco’s Restaurant in Austin, Texas, is said to have made Tex-Mex famous. Since the 1950s, it has served classic dishes like migas and huevos rancheros, along with other delicious Tex-Mex staples like tacos and enchiladas. Insider’s Joe Avella stopped by to see how it has remained a popular haunt in the rapidly changing city of Austin, and, of course, he tried some of Cisco’s famous food.
