I just came across this video. Absolutely loved. Many, many years back when my daughter was about 2 I would hold here and dance in my living room to the Brroks and Dunn version. She would lagugh as we would spin around, and say " more daddy." Memories that will last forever. Shes grown now. When we have the chance we still dance to that song.

Ronnie Dunn has one of the most iconic voices of country music. Not many can pull off this song and live up to the Brooks and Dunn version, but you all were able to pull it off. This is from a Gen X'er who came of age during the explosion of Brooks and Dunn onto the music scene. Well done. Edited to add that i was waiting tables way back in the early 90's and I had the privilege of serving Brooks and Dunn. I had a second job where i worked for a University food service and I helped cater a BBQ that the university put on for the DUO. They played at the University, but I was too poor to buy tickets 😂😂. I did have my picture taken with Brooks and Dunn, but somewhere in my multiple moves, I have lost that picture. There wasn't any sort of digital pictures back then and i didn't have the negatives, so, it is just lost. Brooks and Dunn were very gracious and hadn't hit the really big time yet. I want to say their big hit Boot Scootin Boogie came out soon after than event, but i already knew who they were before that song came out. Their song Hubands and Wives is one I think you could do a great cover for.

I fully expected Austin to do the high note in the chorus, but to hear one of the lowest voices in music hit that high note shocked the stuffing out of me. Very well done. Brooks & Dunn are up there on my favorites in country music and My Maria is one of there bests. Austin and Tim fully rocked this.
