Soo many Maestros, it’s good that some reached 40yrs old! I wasn’t all that keen on them years ago, but I think that’s because I loved and preferred the quirkiness of the Maxi, Allegro, and Princesses, Austin Rovers serious attempt at being Mainstream and keeping up trend with the Escort and Astra of the time and suprisingly they still didn’t sell as well as we might think. Good to see such a huge turnout, including the vans, I remember them being Diesel mainly, our area British Gas vans were Maestro Diesel vans. Thanks again Rick for sharing the vid.👍

Fantastic to see so many Meastros and Montegos. Can't believe how far some people travelled. Then again, there probably won't be many more shows with that many Meastros! Shame that red one wasn't your old one. Was your old one recovered after being stolen? I haven't heard if it's back on the road since. Hopefully its still being enjoyed. Great video as always!👍

We had to settle for a Metro, which rusted away before our eyes.

Problem is, im 18 and i love these 80's austins, specifically the meastro. No one my age likes this sort of stuff haha so i nerd out online
