I'm 66 yrs old and I went through an abduction and rape when I was 12 yrs old...and went thru EXACTLY what he said...the "Well why did I get "Targeted" and the mindf$&k etc. It messed with my head BIG TIME!! First time ever hearing about this man and I find out he's dead! What a fantastic show brother! I'm now a subscriber!! 👏👏👏

I'm almost taken aback by how sad I felt to discover that Russ has passed away. This interview gripped me from the off & although heart breakingly sad especially listening to him describe his early years, it still delivered such a powerful positive message. Russ most certainly turned his life around & finally got to live really happy & content, bloody sad he ended up taken too soon... I hope his Sons find a way to continue their Dads legacy - beating addiction, the criminal lifestyle & helping others. What a cruel unfair world we live in 😔 but I guess it's the reason we all need to be grateful & live as best we can. I'd like to end by saying how much I giggled at the reference to cold water therapy in Scotland being errr.... proper cold 😂 & also Russ saying "dogs love so much, they don't care if you got smelly feet"😳😂 probably true but honestly fellas, aim for a nice girlfriend and a dog - go wash them trotters lads!!!! Thanks James 😘
