If you want low sugar beer, pick a beer that says " DRY " or " SUPER DRY " the actual dryness comes from putting less sugar if any into the beer.

It's funny, but after following you guys for several years I think I can now see why I always feel like you're taking us with you. It's because you always keep the camera to the side and glance at us as you're talking, just like we're there walking along. There's very seldom straight on shots. Plus you never push the smiles. I'd recommend taking the train from Brisbane to Longreach in first class, it's one of the best train journey's in Australia and Longreach is a fantastic little town, then you can catch a bus to Winton, and I think Winton is just as fantastic as Longreach.

WOW, I'm an Aussie traveler and I didn't even know we had sleeper trains here ahahah. I'm solo traveling Sri Lanka at the moment, working towards full-time travel! The train wasn’t bad! I feel like I agree with you guys though, it was definitely better than the Vietnam train! 🇻🇳 I’d love to go sailing again! I’ve been once before when I was kid and loved it, I also can’t wait for the snorkelling and all the aquatic stuff! 🐟🐠🐡! I’m sad that is coming to a close though. I think New Zealand, & Australia has been my favourite

Oh wow I used to work/live on South Molle Island many moons ago, quite close to Airlie Beach. Now i live not far from Noosa. Is really interesting seeing Australia from your eyes, I have lived in Oz for 20 years now, but am a New Zealander - so was great to see your adventure there and my birth town of Christchurch. Amtrak has showers in the sleeper train. You can only use it if you buy a sleeper compartment.

I took an overnight train from Alice Springs to Adelaide, they also had a shower and provided towels! The man sitting behind me tried to tell me I shouldn't recline my seat when I was trying to sleep even though he had his seat reclined, needless to say I ignored him.

I took a train for Brisbane to Sydney and nobody warned me about the excessive air conditioning and I froze all night and didn’t sleep a wink! It was awful! I was wearing a t shirt sandals and luckily trousers but only light weight trousers! I had great fun in Sydney though despite my sleepiness😂😁

I don’t know about that train but the long-distance trains in Australia tend to have beds, but they’re expensive than flying. Mostly people just do it for the experience.

That cannot be classed as a sleeper train, no compartments with berths and as for the food, that was just like buffet car food, no kitchen car and no chefs, come on Aus. you can do better. Yes you do normally fly everywhere as the Country is huge but you do have more of a rail system than in the US. When you are back in the UK again you must try out the Caledonian Sleeper or the Cornish Riviera Sleeper, both have new trains with some double beds as well as normal bunks and en-suites. Full restaurant service for dinner and breakfast, included in club or first class extra for 2nd. or standard class. However not cheap but compares well with flight + hotel. 4* and above, with a whole lot less hassle.

The interstate trains, Indian-Pacific and the Ghan you get your own rooms with beds, with proper kitchen and restaurant cars. But they are expensive.

@@arrgghh1555 Yes, but the lack of any hassle like airport security, baggage restrictions, delayed flights and the possibility of diversions it's worth it. I imagine that those trains are more like a mini break as the distances are vast. If your'e travelling a long distance than why not make it an event on it's own. Sadly UK sleepers are only one night's duration, one of these days I will get to do the Orient Express the whole way and back, a nice Holiday on it's own.

@@tonys1636 If you want to turn it into an 'event' sure it's an option, but it is not a reasonable alternative mode of transport. You are turning a $200, 5hr flight into a $3000, 4 day train ride.
