It’s pretty fast because of the fact that he’s using scissors, yeah you can do a haircut in 15 mins but that’s with a machine which is 100 times faster than scissors.

He know very well to cut hair , he is a master barber ! In 11 min. he do scissor over comb technic , razor cutting , cleaning the back with razor , point cutting with 2 scissors , style and products with a nice modern finish and many more . This is a demo for a good fast cutting , and he do a nice job .
He's not fast, the haircut is just a regular trim and the clients hair is thin, i can finished that for less than 10min using comb and scissor only in proper procedure.
Oh my god is he for real bro First of all that’s not fast second thing is that I really don’t know if I wonted to break it down it have take me half a hour to do so I’m like wtf the only thing is fast about this is that he move his scissors hand all the way to the back and then flash it to his head and make it look fast ppffff. Bro and what was that eye contact was all about at the end. Looked creepy and embarrassing but then client had a smile at the end that’s all what it matter.
