Big difference in how the blokes look then and now. 1982, bald, long hair, beards, no attitude, all cotton jumpers and woolly long socks. Today ... whiny pretty boys in Lycra.

(Third World society which has two dozen chickens in each backyard plus garden vegetables -- Is not like the Irish Potato Famine.)
I think the 86 side is a touch better. Lewis, Sterling, Miles, Kenny, Jack, O'Connor, and Meninga all in the one side. Probably the best backline ever.
