Very nice video and very informative. I have a question if you could kindly answer. My visa is a 482 TSS - employer sponsored. Regarding the health check-up, do I need to wait until the employer nomination for the visa is done, or can I go ahead and create an Immi account to get the HAP ID for the health check-ups? There is conflicting data points. You say you got the visa in one day, but that you got the HAP id and medical tests would be done and sent to them in a week. So you get the visa approved before medical??

We can only get the medical test done with a HAP I'd, that we get only after the visa application is lodged. Hospital takes 4 days for the results, how will the visa be approved before that? Was it a different process when you applied?

Mam how important is the health test.. like if we had any major surgery or operations.. will it get affected in our visa application? I had a spinal surgery.. so taking a chest xray will impact in my visa approval??

Hi Sir, I don’t think a spinal surgery impacts the health check. But it depends on what exactly you have undergone. They normally get blood and urine test done. And they check for TB too. I know that even on the website it reads 1-3 months of timeline. But mine came the next day may be because my visa documents were complete and apt and I’ve travelled to the UK for work before. But one can’t really argue on different visa timelines for different people

HR said the agent will review all my documents and then lodge. The expected process time given for approval is 1 to 4 weeks as per the agent. I am not sure why so many days are required to review the document and lodge for a visa. What should I do in such a case?

Hey, they do take their time to lodge the visa as they have to carefully check everything and do their due diligence. For me the agency took nearly 20 days to review and file visa

Hi Ruby, thanks for reaching out. These are the steps that I went through -: 1. I Found a job in which the employer agreed to sponsor my work visa. I applied for many jobs in australia, UK and UAE. This one clicked. 2. Post clearing interview rounds, my employer sent a job offer. 3. Employer got nomination approval internally from business and hired a mobility agency to start my visa application 4. I provided all my docs to the mobility company. Have made a video on this on my channel. 5. After visa got approved, all was done.

Mam i also receive an offer letter and sponsor letter from an australian company. As u said they refer me to a indian agency east bay immigration to help me in visa process. But they asking for money 28k for doc. Verifiaction and medical etc. Do you also face same ? And when i asked them about english test they said its not mandatory when u get sponsored visa?

English test is not mandatory, true . Is your employer an accredited sponsor ? You can Google, list of approved sponsors are available. This will tell whether the company is authorized to invite u on this work visa
