The 2020 Royal Australian Air Force Hornet Ball video, featuring a compilation of F/A-18A/B Classic Hornet and F/A-18F Super Hornet footage.
The Hornet Ball is an annual event attended by RAAF Hornet Squadrons, inspired by US Navy Hornet Balls, and features a video showcasing footage recorded by aircrew of Classics, Rhinos and Growlers from various Australian exercises.

Most end up at CX or EK. QF is super heavily unionised to the point that the best deal for ex RAAFies is to go to the bottom of the seniority barrel in domestic mainline and have. Or they can go direct entry command at CX and EK. In my Dads last season in the Roulette 5 of the 6 pilots ended up at Cathay. All before COVID days anyway....

@@Durovnax Idk but I wanted to be one since I was a little boy. I'm 16 now and would still love to be one. I have also spent a few days in the German AF and had the opportunity to speak with some pilots. Of course I recognized some downsides of the job but it still fascinates me.

This was not only the fkng most AWESOME thing ive ever seen, it also made me see the worlds beauty that bit more. Living in ireland, a place thats always rainy and gray, i never really see the amazing beauty that is present. During summers i usually go to my home country, its sunny and pretty, however the lush green forests and waterfalls with amazing reefs are just not there in lithuania XD. Man, this really makes me want to visit Australia, cant wait until i can finally escape this countries oppressive "atmosphere", if u kno u kno Cant wait for covid to end so i can start to travel again, it seems to have taken a piece of my soul, but this video gives me hope to see true beuty!!!! Thank you for this absolutely amazing montage
