Underrated match. Great quality shots from both, but Novak was simply in the zone. I dont think there is anything more beautiful in the world of tenis to watch than Novak at his absolute best. He is hitting agressively, with pace and finsing insane angles with very low amoutn of errors, plus with his dfensive aility he can turn a bad situation into a point with one devastating counter attack from defensive position. Simply the most complete player ever when it comes to technical ability, groundstrokes and athleticism

Djokovic's Forehand was at it's peak in 2011. It's even better than his 2014 end - 2016 RG period!

Djokovic is elastic; he can bend over, slice when he is at the disadvantage while he can also generate a powerful shot when he is advantaged. Berdych is stick to his way and hardly cross over it.

SaMuRai WR It is debatable. In 2011 he had more power to his shots and better defense. In 2015 those elements weren't at that level, but he had much better serve and net play.

I often thought that Berdych could have played better than he did with his big game. I think he probably lacked a bit of variety and hunger.

For me, Djokovic's game has no real wow factor. You look at some of the shots Berdych hits and you want to see more and more of him, just to watch that forehand. With Djokovic, there is hardly any standout in his game that makes you want to set your alarm, wake up at 3 in the morning to watch him play. That said, it is exactly that overall solidity of his game, with no real weakness that makes him such a difficult player to beat. One of the greats of the game definitely, just not someone I'd personally pay to watch play.
