Australian Salmon has a bad wrap... but if treated correctly it is delicious and juicy. Proper preparation is key.
Too many people bag out this sustainable, readily available fish. Most of them haven't taken the time to prepare it correctly.
This is just my preferred way of cooking Aussie Salmon, there are many ways. Give it a try next time!
