Autel's TPMS tools can activate and read information from all current TPMS sensor frequencies: 315MHz, 433MHz and 434MHz TPMS sensors. This includes OEM Sensors. If the sensor on the vehicle is labeled as 434 MHz, select the 433MHz listing on the TPMS tool.
@@MottyRuttner Autel TPMS tools can do everything on non-Autel sensors except program other company's blank unprogrammed sensors. When you buy a Dorman, Schrader, Denso etc from the auto parts store, you have to make sure they are the programmed. The only blank sensors that an Autel will program are Autel MX sensors.
I’ve done 1 million cars and I never had to use a magnet. I have the same one in fact it will pick up the car beside you. You ain’t careful.. But I’m just saying the hundred thousand cars I’ve done with that thing that’s the first time I ever seen the magnet used.
Thank you Because that's the same question I was about to ask. How do you know when you need to use the magnet ? Do you need it to program Honda sensors ?
My 2017 RX 350, I have summer and winter rims/ tires. Lots of used TS508 are available. I bought winter tires and rims from the lexus dealer, my understanding is 2017 and newer has only 4 storages available for sensor codes. The reality is $100 for reprogramming winter to summer ( each season change ) by the dealer. Is this able to read the winter TPM sensors and program my 2017 RX 350?
You will be able to reprogram your Winter and Summer Sensors yourself and save the 100! In about one, or year and a half years, the tool will pay for itself.
It would take 4 years to break even In CANADA-a local garage is selling it as it didn't work for them.Break-even, that is, provided it works! A 30-day money back guarantee, at under $250 Canadian would interest me. @@RollingTardis
Should be able to. The TPMS diagnostic & service tool specially designed to activate all known TPMS sensors, read TPMS sensor status, check TPMS system health condition, program MX-sensors and conduct TPMS relearn.
@@RollingTardis okay I ask you because my OUTLANDER is 2009, I had to change a TPMS valve but perhaps another one could be damaged and I would like to buy a tool to do it myself at home. I don't know if I need another tool to turn off the TPMS light.
