Sorry. Good point. Given the volume of meat we cooked we ended up making carnitas street tacos. 4” corn and flour tortillas with pork on them. We made some pork and rice and I even shredded it up in omelettes over the week. So much so that my wife finally said she was “poked out” and we needed to not do more for a few weeks.
Trying this today with a small tweak (a Mexican rub instead of buying all the different spices that I didn't have). Can't wait until dinner!! Thanks for the video!! 👍🏽🐷

I followed this recipe today, and I just pulled the tins off the grate and sampled it. Man...Incredible. Do yourself a favor and make this. We're hosting a party tomorrow and I'm pretty dang excited to feed everyone!
