Sorry. Good point. Given the volume of meat we cooked we ended up making carnitas street tacos. 4” corn and flour tortillas with pork on them. We made some pork and rice and I even shredded it up in omelettes over the week. So much so that my wife finally said she was “poked out” and we needed to not do more for a few weeks.

Trying this today with a small tweak (a Mexican rub instead of buying all the different spices that I didn't have). Can't wait until dinner!! Thanks for the video!! 👍🏽🐷

@@Svdreamchaser Came out delicious!! SUPER MOIST!! Tacos for the 1st night. Pulled pork sandwiches with bbq sauce for the 2nd. Froze some for later. Thanks again for the recipe. Gunna use it as a base recipe for all of my pork butts now. Well done, my friend! 👍🏽👍🏽

I followed this recipe today, and I just pulled the tins off the grate and sampled it. Man...Incredible. Do yourself a favor and make this. We're hosting a party tomorrow and I'm pretty dang excited to feed everyone!

Oh, that is an interesting tip. So is that what they do add Cola and Evap milk for the color? I will have to try that.
