The only Jaeger Snitzel I ate in Germany was at Tony's next to Pioneer Kaserne in Hanau I got it every Friday after work .It was awesome. It had the red wine and mushroom sauce that was also great on Pommes .The sauce was reddish brown. I wish I had tried more restaurants and different foods but it was so good and convenient like our favorite hangout for dinner and Hefe Weiss bier
This looks lovely, but there are different recipies depending on where you are in Germany. I lived in West Germany in mid 1970s to early 1980s. Whereever we were I tried their version and all were different.
you could have left the 3 schnitzels and spatlies on the big plate and just covered it with the sauce,but then you ruined it by seperating everthing.....i need 3 schnitzels a day
