Rich rich pie by just the look of it😍....love the way you fried the corned beef to get rid of the excess oil! Sooo gooooood 👌....and oh corned beef can sometimes be extra with salt. Love all that you did to control the salt! These looks beautiful. Nailed to perfection. Definitely a must try 👌

One of my roommate's favorite. New thing learnt is frying the corned beef to get rid of the excess oil..the dough was perfectly made or achieved.in all,the pie looks very inviting and beautiful 😍

I tried this with a pie crust I already had made, and it still came out really good. The tips about how to seal it were also helpful because I mess up all the time with filled pastries. I think to use a premade crust, it would need a 2 crust recipe/package. I also didn't pour out any oil from the corned beef... I guess the brand I used just doesn't have as much fat? I couldn't find a recipe for the seasoning mix either (there's... so many...) so I just threw in a chopped up habanero pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, and fennel seeds. I only ended up tasting the fennel, so I guess I'd have to add more if I wanted more spice flavors. The onions and potatoes were perfect to balance the heaviness of the meat, so the extra spices were just icing on the cake. Very convenient recipe.
