One feels very elated when one sees a Malayali speaking good Hindi. Though I speak 5 languages of our country fluently and have started learning a foreign language, I feel ashamed that our system doesn't encourage learning a South Indian tongue. I owe my good health to South Indian cuisine as I have been on it for 18 months now, recovering from a bad case of colitis. Thanking you for your effort once again. Be well, Affectionately, from New Delhi!
Sister, your Hindi and its speaking style is beautiful. Please don't try to improve it. Your pronunciation gives full pleasure to our ears and heart too. Thanks for sharing different type and taste of Red Chutney for the viewers and the beginners in the cooking field.
My dad was from Kerala and he made these for us exactly the way you are showing. These recipes make me nostalgic about my childhood. Thank you for sharing these recipes and please try posting tapioca recipes. Lots of love ❤

I love south Indian food. My favourite place , Anand Bhawan in Matunga. Best place to have Idli Sambar. Authentic Sambar you will find here. Not the usual thick gravy type most of the restaurant serve.

Its the right recipe of coconut chutney for rice dosa. For wheat dosa i can give a tip: just add a small ginger to the ingredients and use the raw grinded paste(without adding water ).no tempering or seasoning.
