I have used this recipe to prepare perfect crisp dosa and it nails down the flavor perfectly. Thank you from the US. I can make delicious dosas at the comfort of my home and fill in my tummy with more satisfaction than I can get from a restaurant. 👍🏼🙂
Tried this today. The dose came out so well. Thick and crispy. Made it on a cast iron tawa. Was a little apprehensive about the absence of poha/a avalakki in this recipe. But it was perfect. Such a simple recipe but wonderful results. Thank you for this recipe. It's a keeper. My mom is an expert at making dosas but she told me that these dosas were awesome. Yay!
Thank you, i love benne masaalas.. this is something i will definitely try. Once i moved to bangalore, this has been my all time fav dosa. never struck me i could do it at home till today, now i will definitely try !!

The preparation was a feast for eyes and u chose a melodious score to go with it. I see that its a little thicker than the usual dosa. I also note there is no poha in the recipe. Will definitely try this!
Wow!! A bengalorian style dosa, looks so promising. Something searching for long time. Will surely try. And I see u made it in a Iron Pan.....I tried doing he same number of times , it always sticked to it. Could u please help on that technique too. It has come out so beautifully. It would be such a great thing.
Always season the tawa well , temp of cast iron should be controlled from hot to medium after rolling the dosa. After every dosa fo clean and rub with onion if need be. But once you get an idea you would get the trick of it.
Perfect Recipe . Could u plz tell quantity of rice, urad dal in grams . For 500 gram sona rice how much gram idly rice ,urad dal, chana dal shoud be there . Plz advice mam . Thanks 😊
Great attempt! Question: for the chutney, video shows using 1/4 cup measure for fried gram and 1 1/2 cup of grated coconut. However the caption in the video says 1/2 cup fried gram and 2 cups of grated coconut. Was recipe corrected in the captions?
Hello , Thankyou for the observation and your comment. Both combination mentioned are proportionate well hence both will work, basis the quantity required you can follow any one. To get the exact consistency as shown in the video follow the first measurements mentioned.
