Hi! Just found your videos today. Subscribed and saved a couple of your recipes to make later. Thank you for your detailed videos and explanations. I've learned a lot already, such as the "C" shape when making dumplings. That one comment helped me to understand why mine were so ugly! I see you have been busy since you made this video on your RU-vid channel...helping others. I looked at and bookmarked your webpage too. While watching this video, you mentioned you are retiring. I am sure you have by now. That was almost 2 years ago. You are quite young. Why are you retiring? Excellent timing with the pandemic looming. To your success!

Hi KT, I came across your video looking for Instant Pot pho recipes and am very happy I did. I'm really intrigued to see how your restaurant style pho is different from this one. I've tried to make pho many times and it never comes close to the ones I get at restaurants, which I love 😞. Please explain why the broth get salty throughout the day when i keep it low temperature ?

Shouldnt keep it low temperature throughout the day, because it will change the taste and also the color (will be darker because of the spices) ❤️❤️❤️ Salty because the broth is evaporated

I use the Cot Pho Bo brand of Beef flavored Pho soup base, with the paste and bag of spices

To remove all the odor from the bone/beefs, most of the bones/meat are frozen, not fresh, so it has freezer odor, but even it is fresh we still want to clean it well before cooking, so the broth will be clear and tasty ❤️❤️❤️

I shopped for the ingredients today although I missed your explanation of the vinegar until I got back home. My honey is leaving tomorrow to visit her sister so my neighbor and I split cost for pho soup. I should record it but...I'm camera shy
