Shouldnt keep it low temperature throughout the day, because it will change the taste and also the color (will be darker because of the spices) ❤️❤️❤️ Salty because the broth is evaporated
To remove all the odor from the bone/beefs, most of the bones/meat are frozen, not fresh, so it has freezer odor, but even it is fresh we still want to clean it well before cooking, so the broth will be clear and tasty ❤️❤️❤️
I shopped for the ingredients today although I missed your explanation of the vinegar until I got back home. My honey is leaving tomorrow to visit her sister so my neighbor and I split cost for pho soup. I should record it but...I'm camera shy
