Ingredients:
Soy sauce (Kikkoman)
Egg
Boneless Ribeye steak
Mirin rice cooking wine (Eden)
Black truffle chili crunch (Momofuku)
Rosemary
Garlic
Ramen noodles
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Cumin
Ground ginger
Chili powder
Onion powder
Instructions:
1. Heat up skillet at medium-low temperature
2. Grab a pot for boiling water and set at high temp
3. Drop eggs in pot for 6 1/2 minutes
4. Get a jar or bowl of cold water and remove eggs from the pot and then place into cold water
5. Once cool remove the eggs and begin peeling the eggs
6. Get a container and pour half cup of soy sauce and mirin
7. Mix together and then place eggs into container to soak
8. Grab ribeye steak and add salt and pepper
9. Peel garlic
10. Add oil to skillet
11. Place ribeye into skillet and flip and cook until brown
12. Add garlic, rosemary, and butter
13. Cook steak to medium well or to your liking
14. Remove ribeye from the skillet and place on plate
15. Grab a pot and pour beef broth
16. Place pot on the oven and boil the broth
17. Add noodles to the pot
18. Slice steak into strips
19. Make seasoning mixture (ht = half teaspoon and ft = full teaspoon)
20. Grab a cup for seasonings
21. Add ht salt, ht pepper, ht garlic powder, ht cumin, ht ground ginger, ft chili powder, and ft onion powder
22. Grab bowl and pour seasoning mixture
23. Pour broth into the bowl
24. Add noodles to the bowl
25. Cut egg in half and add to the bowl
26. Add steak to the bowl
27. Add black truffle chili crunch
28. Enjoy the meal!
