onion 1 cup sliced

garlic 4 to5 cloves
water 2 glass
special nihari mix
coriabder 1 tbsp
fennel 1 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
green cardamom 2
black cardamom 1
cinnamon 2
cloves 6
red pepper 1 tsp
dry ginger 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
grind and make powder
salt 1 tsp or too taste
green chilies ginger lemon for garnish
