Aside from enjoying the fantastic pizza, we had the chance to see Franco Pepe at work, crafting each pizza right in front of us, during our dinner at his Authentica, the smallest pizzeria in the world, hosting eight people.
He walked us through his process, revealing a true passion for ingredients, top-notch cooking skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to tradition and family.
