so basically u dont need another backend server for ur authentication stuff

Correct. You can offload all that to Clerk and focus on shipping product. Anything in the application that requires users to be related to the data being input/output can easily be related to that data by embedding the user ID from Clerk to those tables / databases without having to manage users, management etc. at all.
