What are your personal values? How are you showing up as an authentic leader?
I resigned from my position after being asked to perform a task by a senior leader that made me very uncomfortable and angry. I went through with it, and resigned the next day. The entire experience, from preparation to completion, left me feeling uneasy and angry. While I understood their reasoning, it wasn’t enough for me to stay. The company culture and the behavior of senior leaders made me miserable.
