Second Prisoner that has escaped from a Pennsylvania Prison in less than a few months. Pennsylvania needs to fix their jails & prisons sounds like. Also says this guy is an undocumented immigrant from Brazil which means he came into our Country illegally and then commits murder and he also murdered someone in Brazil.

Sooo how did he escape? I'm guessing someone screwed up and permitted him to walk away. Wait for the BS cover-up story. How many speakers does it take to tell us he's still out there and we have no idea where he's at.
