Am gutted with BCA. In their website they mention a range of shops in Switzerland and France that are supposed to refill. I visited several and none, that is zero shops could refill. None could exchange and only one could refill subject to a two weeks processing time and 40 USD. Sorry buy your refill shops a scuba tank. That can be bought for less than 200 bucks in Switzerland
