The colours coming in in a different order every time is so calming. It adds a level of involvement, and the part of my brain that is panicking is redirected into trying to anticipate/predict what colour will show up next. Thank you for making this so thoughtfully.

I am 49, self diagnosed at age 47. I knew something was really wrong with me didnt know what. School was easy finished college without going to classes or owning books. did MBA same way my thesis took me 36 minutes to finish. these were all fun and games but what really important human connection, slowing my mind down ooh boy it wasnt there. at least now with this video I have a relief from my own mind. sounds crazy and it is crazy to know to hack the mind using the mind lol.

So for me this works like this. When i focus on the black half circle at the end of the tunner all the other lines turning around with colors and the black lines coming at me keeps my mind noise level to minimum because my mind tries to process all the information coiming from the lines and colors.

I think I have autism I've done alot of research but here is my symptoms (I'm not diagnosed with it) I am horrible with eye contact I do the trex arm thingy I rock back and forth A LOT I have a really big obsession over volleyball It's hard to concentrate even from small sounds I like to count my fingers with my thumb (stim) Im sensitive to specific textures I prefer to be alone What do yall think?

Could be! Do more research to be sure, maybe look at ADHD symptoms too and see if those are more like what you experience, I hope you can figure it out or get a diagnosis :)
