In 2009 I got a chance to tour the Walker P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Among the cars on display was the Chrysler M4S pace car used in the 1986 movie "The Wraith" starring Charlie Sheen.

Chrysler didn't commission the MS4. PPG actually put up most of the money, but Chrysler had a big hand in the development.

the m4s is a chrysler. why do some say it is a dodge?

Dodge is a division of the Chrysler Corporation, itself now a division of FCA (Fiat Chrysler America).

Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth... all the same stuff. I've owned a Chrysler Laser Turbo, a Dodge Daytona Shelby and a Plymouth Laser RS Turbo, all basically the same car and also same as the Mitsubishi Eclipse.
