Nice video, but this workflow should be developed in more detail I think. CAD files usually only have wall edges, which makes the real problem much more challenging to solve.
You are completely right I have tried to do that detailed part for myself, and I found it really challenging to do it without coding Personally, I use this method for fast plan designing with line and then converting it to walls
