That worked great, it tit what was described. Now I have to find a way to make work on double lines which is how all our floor plans are drawn. I have a 100,000 sq ft building, in the time it takes to copy wall lines to 1 layer I can finish modeling building manually.
Good video as a dummy project to learn dynamo basics but not much use on a real project. I’ve never seen a wall drawn as a single line in autocad in my life.

Hi, thank you for sharing this video. Is this working in Revit 2022? I followed the tutorial, but as I linked the watch node with the curves, mine did not listed out the lines on my project. It is empty, even though I have selected the linked cadfile in the first step. Can you let me know what to do?
Thanks for watching ♥️ and concerning your question ,it seems like you're experiencing recurring issues with Dynamo 2022 or older versions. I highly recommend upgrading to Dynamo 2023 (at least) for better scripts performances
If you have a double line indicating the wall thickness in CAD, a simple solution is to change the layer name of one of the lines. In Revit/Dynamo, you can then easily choose the specific line you want to use. Let me know if you need any more assistance!

This is a great video. In CAD, walls are drawn with two lines to indicate thickness. Revit then creates two walls. Can’t it be manufactured according to thickness?
Thanks, in this situation you might wanna rename layers in AutoCAD and only create the curve from one of them (use it as the curve), then once your walls are ready in Revit, bulk select them and change their location line from centerline to whatever suits your model (finish face, core face etc depending if the layer you chose to use as a curve is the external line or internal one) I hope that was helpful, if not feel free to ask me again
