This is the early 90's I worked for this company many years. This is the old culture NOT the current culture times have changed. One of the reasons I left this company after 20 years.
Yeah I agree 100%, I worked for AZ for 3 months while unemployed as a computer technician and the company only wants sales. Move up? Not likely. They only pay minimum wage + $0.25 and that's why you don't see Adults behind the counter anymore just teens and early 20's. Most have almost no car experience. Fun to see the Deutsch products, I remembe when they had those as a teenager in the late 90s.
The pay makes it unbearable. I was a freakin' Hub Manager and was barely making ends met at 14 an hour. Definitely not worth getting up at 3 in the morning to work a 10 to 12 hour shift.
@@theHardyMonster1984 where the actual fuck did you work recently that payed hourly for hub manager and at only $14? That's where part time red shirts start where I am.
Great company to work for if you can tough out the minimal pay in the beginning, not be sour on how much they start you out at, you’ll realize there’s A LOT of potential growth within the company. $$$ it’s all about the game and how you play it.
