I'm having trouble extruding the circle at the very top. When I try to select it, it selects the other cylinders too and extrudes the whole thing. How did you guys solve this part?

The commands are not clear when making the cylindrical hole of 2 units dia and 70 units depth. Extrude-circle-70-subtract-select-wht is next-Is it cylinder?
