This concept helped me make a much simpler truncated cone with a un-sloped top. Used it to double check a method where I just used same segment lengths of the circle that makes up the top and bottoms. Turns out both methods worked, but it was nice to be able to check it. The method in this video would have been faster for sure, had I known it at the time. Thank you OP!
