Broke my foam gun and forced to buy a cheap one at the local advance auto. Let’s see if this thing is getting scrapped or added to the arsenal!
At $42.99 this kit contains more parts than similarly marketed products which cost double or triple.

I just bought this today, looking for something else in the car wash tools area at Advanced Auto. If you read the instructions it tells you on the knob to control the water. It is labeled as a “Water Regulator” and if you turn the knob to the plus, it will allow more water and less foam chemical. If you turn it to the minus, it allows less water and more foam chemical, so read the instructions and you’ll be better informed. Going to try it out in the morning, 4 cars to do and experiment with.

Yeah, found that out. Makes it the first one I’ve used work this way regardless. I think you’ll be impressed for the $$.

I’ve had this cannon for a month. Very nice. I use it every weekend. I use the yellow fitting for rinse/prerinse.

Picked mine up yesterday and need to tweak things a bit using it with my 2700psi/2.7gpm gas washer. It already started leaking between the body & nozzle…that can be fixed. I started using Adams Car Wash at 3oz with the rest water and the foam was….meh. Good to know that the adjustment knob is backwards…going to look at that the next time I use it- thanks! I used the white nozzle to rinse…it seemed appropriate.

Well well well, a very sturdy product and impressive too. For the money I am impressed. I rate the sprayer gun and foam canister as a 5 out of 5, very well made and does the job at a very reasonable price! I’ve done several washes on our 4 vehicles, foamed each one, and works great on power washing the wheels as well.

I agree, no need to buy the expensive “brand name” ones for 2x and 3x the price.

Honestly aside from adding the straw, water and soap ( warm water first than soap) I think playing around with it to find the settings that work best for your application may be the way to go. It’s going to work different depending on pressure and soaps used.
