Automated Bill Pay Tracker Time-Based Apps Script Trigger Setup 

This is a tutorial to add the time-based apps script trigger for the Automated Bill Pay Tracker Template. Once set up, the automation that copies any values in the "To Add" tab to the new empty row in the "Pending Bills" tab.
