Are you checking the sender email or receiver email? If it is receiver, please trust the content from sender.

Hallo Cyber, We use it for our clients to wish the Happy Birthday, When i send it to a Gmail it Works, When i open it in Outlook it doesn't show. When i forward it on Outlook the it shows the image @@CyberCurve If you have a DC or something i can show you the Screen Shots. Can it be that i need to make the picture a HTML format ? ( I have tried diffrent sizes ect ) Can it just be a Outlook Block, When i ask Chat GPT about the code it tells me i need to look at the Imega Source code and change it, Please help.

Receiver email is Outlook Send email is Gmail I see the sender email and looks perfect When i look at receiver email on outlook it gives me the blue Question Mark when i download it. @@CyberCurve

Did you login with more than one account in the same browser? If so, please logout and login with only one Google account and try again.

Sorry, that concept is completely different and may not work with this piece of code.

Make sure that someone's birth day is present day in the list.

Make sure that you are copying the correct image code and image permissions are set to public.

Right now, that option is not available in this code.

You can add messages starting from A2. You can add any number of messages. Code will randomly pick a message.

Yes. You need to check the permissions and authorize it for the first time.

This happens when you do not authorize it to run the script from your account when it prompts for the first time or made changes to the script and need re-authorization. It can be changed by editing HTML file. Edit below line in Greetings.html style="font-family: 'Gill Sans', 'Gill Sans MT', 'Myriad Pro', 'DejaVu Sans Condensed', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 36px;"

Open script editor from tools menu. Open Greetings.html Search for below line.   Dear Employee_Name Font size and style can be changed by changing this line

If you need to add a "mailto:" hyperlink at the bottom after the border, add it between and tags at the end of the Greeting.html file. ------- here--------- Place wherever you need "Employee_Name" in the html file. That will be replaced with name. You can use "Employee_Name" string in the Messages sheet also. It will be replaced with employee name.

Make sure that you shared the image so that everyone can view. And also check whether you copied the image address correctly as shown in the video.

Open the copied sheet. Click on "Extensions" from menu bar and select "Apps Script"

If you need to add static signature, include it in your image. But if a dynamic signature is required which will change for each person, it may take little time. I will add it and let you know.

Updated sheet and code with static and dynamic signatures. Delete old copy and make a new copy from link.

You can add as many emails you want in CC. Please make sure that the images is shared for public view

Yes You can add the group email in the "CC Email" column.

How do we send different images to different mail?

For every email id different images ?

If there are more than one image in the images sheet, script will automatically pick a random image from the list.

Did you try after logging in with google account?

Were you able to copy the file?

Just change the greetings image and add custom message in "Birthday" sheet

@@CyberCurve no.it will again send birthday wishes. unless changes made in script editor it will not send wedding anniversary wishes

For now, please follow below steps for changing "Dear" and font size. Open script editor from tools menu. Open Greetings.html Search for below line.   Dear Employee_Name Change font-size: 36px ---> font-size: 16px Change Dear ---> Beste
