Using Guardians and Warriors instead of Laborers to gather resources in the wild it is better In my opinion, even if they collect 10 - 20% less (without the laborer talents) they will be able to defend themselves better against any enemy, especially those that spawn from time to time trying to kidnap them to sacrifice them.

but how do u manage the radiation ? by the mods ? still they get rad and dies ;/ also any spot for iron :> thx
