Had Oxy dry on Goss Ht & Colorliner. Trialled them all. Satellite and 4 high towers. Oxy dry washed on the crawl and we wrote in to the software to throw rollers and plate cylinders on. Washed rollers and blankets in 30 revolutions. Best investment we made.
we had the oxy dry system on a C -500 up in ohio, what a beauty, we only ran at 55,000iph tho. it was a great system once we figured out how to use it with out wrapping up the press. we finally had the system wash just before the splice, and that seemed to do the trick.
well if you don't shut it down and wash it by hand the blankets will wear out a lot faster and the paper just can build up on the blanket and blow out the web good luck
auto blanket wash need use of hand if run long run jobs and if heavy pile need to b clean by oiled cloth. we also use both oxydry auto blanket wash and oiled cloth by hand if heavy pile in rng machine... do u guys also clean the blanket n running speed above 30 or 40 or 50k iph like we do sometimes if needed.
Confused why you slow it down so much for a blanket wash... We always ran ours while the splices flew through, with impressions only dropping for about 3 seconds then coming back on for another 3 seconds of wash. hand washing was done during web up, if any piling appeared. Those blankets look smashed to hell.
